HP Envy Pro 6475 Offline issue
Windows 10
- Power up the HP Envy Pro 6475 printer and the Windows device.
- Ensure the printer and the device are connected to an active wireless connection.
- Move over to the Windows device and open the printer’s control panel.
- Choose the option – Printers and Devices and locate the HP Envy Pro 6475 printer.
- Right-click on the HP Envy Pro 6475. Choose Set as Default from the pop-up menu.

Windows 10- Delete job files and restart
- Once the print job is sent to the printer, the printer file will be added to the list.

- To delete the file, open the current jobs and delete them.

- On clicking the printer icon, a pop up will appear with all the current print jobs.

- Scroll further down and choose Restart. The changes will be applied.
